MANHATTAN — A federal court in New York ruled that a deposition given by Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell in a defamation case against her, obtained through a grand jury subpoena, should not be suppressed because the government did not violate her right to be free from self-incrimination by obtaining the testimony from the civil case.
