Got the wrong guy

CHICAGO — A federal court in Illinois denied summary judgment to a man who spent almost 30 years in prison after being wrongfully convicted for murder and attempted murder. His claims, that police suppressed a lineup report indicating another person’s guilt, cannot yet be determined to be true or false as a matter of law.
