FRANKFORT, Ky. — Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear is suing the state legislature to overturn a package of bills that strip him of his power to declare a state of emergency. The legislature passed the bills on Jan. 9, Beshear vetoed them on Jan, 20 and the legislature overrode his vetos Tuesday.
