A passenger who was either intoxicated, mentally ill or both and carrying a loaded firearm boarded a late-night Greyhound bus from Los Angeles to San Francisco. He fired the weapon several times unbeknownst to the driver, hitting a female passenger twice according to a lawsuit she filed Tuesday.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A passenger who was either intoxicated, mentally ill or both boarded a late-night Greyhound bus from Los Angeles to San Francisco while carrying a loaded firearm. He fired the weapon several times unbeknownst to the driver, hitting a female passenger twice according to a lawsuit she filed Tuesday.
