Grynberg v. BP

WASHINGTON — It is far too late for Texas oilman Jack Grynberg to challenge the 8-year-old dismissal of his claims that BP violated federal anti-racketeering law, a federal judge ruled. In a separate order, the court refused to let BP seal 10 exhibits it attached to its motion opposing Grynberg’s effort. The exhibits include the decision of the arbitrator who eventually resolved the dispute.
