Guam Court Says It |Can't Invalidate Election

HAGATNA, Guam (CN) – The **Guam Supreme Court threw out a request to invalidate the passage of a law that legalized slot gambling at Guam Greyhound Racing Park. Though the Guam Election Commission prepared a biased analysis, the court said it cannot nullify the election based on claims that the ballot pamphlet “embraced unrelated subjects” and had a misleading title.
