WASHINGTON — In a heavily redacted opinion, a federal judge denied the petition for habeas corpus of Guantanamo Bay detainee Haji Wali Mohammed Morafa. The former Afghan money dealer says financial constraints would not have allowed him to substantially support any cause, let alone the Taliban and other groups which he allegedly provided with financial services.
