Gun ownership in MN

ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Eighth Circuit overturned Minnesota’s permit-to-carry law, which requires applicants to be at least 21 years old. The Second Amendment does not permit the state to keep citizens between 18 and 20 years old from lawfully carrying handguns in public.
