Hard disk prices

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California granted partial summary judgment to a group of manufacturers accused of conspiring to fix the prices of hard disk drive assemblies. The mass data storage firm suing the manufacturers cannot proceed on claims related to products that never made it to the U.S., but may continue in regard to products that did.
