Hazing death

HARRISBURG, Pa. — An appeals court in Pennsylvania upheld a lower court’s suppression of evidence obtained from the cell phones of Beta Theta Pi fraternity leaders at Penn State in this case related to a pledge’s alcohol-induced death. The warrants were unconstitutionally overbroad in their description of the items sought.
