ATLANTA (CN) – **Alden Property Georgia sued Black Tie Valet for anticipatory breach of lease in Fulton County Court. Alden claims Black Tie’s lease requires it to run “a public homosexual bar doing business as ‘Club Her Place,’” but it plans to hold a dance party this weekend to which straight people are invited.
