Hip-Hop Tune Leads To Unpleasantness

HOUSTON (CN) – **Chamillitary Inc. , owned by rapper Chamillionaire (Hakeem Seriki), sued music producer **David Burke pka Dave MG , claiming that Burke falsely claimed to own rights to a tune Seriki released as “You Must Be Crazy.” Then third party Jomar Dogue aka Jomeezius the Genius claimed he wrote the ditty, under the title, “It’s a Man’s World,” and threatened to sue. Chamillionaire wants to settle with Jomeezius, but Dave threatens to sue if he does. See complaint in Harris County Court.
