MANHATTAN – Hot Snakes Media, a production company, claims Lucas Alexander Whitley Ltd., a London-based talent agency, and three others swiped the copyrighted pilot it made for a “reality” TV show called “Medicine Men,” and shopped it around to other production companies. Also named as defendants are Joseph Capriotti, of Lauderdale by the Sea, Fla.; Diego Caivano of Los Angeles, and David Matthews of London.
