NASHVILLE (CN) – An Omega Security guard at the Liberty Inn Motel arrested a 16-year-old girl and took her to an office building where he handcuffed and raped her and beat her with a Taser gun, she claims in Davidson County Court. The girl and her family sued the security guard, Jason Tucker; Omega Security, Safety and Patrol LLC, and BP and V Group dba Liberty Inn Motel. They are represented by David King.
