Hunting Rights

In a federal lawsuit against Idaho, Governor Brad Little and the director of the state’s Fish and Game Department, the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation is asking a federal court to declare that it is a signatory to the 1868 Treaty at Fort Bridger and has the right to hunt pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
