DEFAMATION – A grandmother filed a defamation lawsuit after a Jewish community center barred her from visiting her grandchild’s class because she allegedly harassed employees. The appeals court affirmed the dismissal of some defendants from her lawsuit because she failed to allege specific defamatory statements. Newman v. Jewish Community Center Assn. of Indianapolis
