FORT MYERS, Fla. — A federal court in Florida denied EZ Inflatables’ request to dismiss trade dress infringement and unfair competition claims brought by Galaxy America, a designer of inflatable games, obstacle courses, water slides, and other products, finding that plaintiff adequately pleaded that consumer confusion is likely.
