Ingersoll-Rand Paid Bribes |To Saddam's Iraq, SEC Claims

WASHINGTON (CN) – Ingersoll-Rand Co. and its subsidiaries paid $1.5 million in bribes and kickbacks to Iraqi government entities from 2000 through 2003 under the U.N. Oil for Food Program, the SEC claims in Federal Court. See complaint.
