TUCSON (CN) – **Yuma County prison officer Jose Espinoza raped an inmate on March 24, 2007, after telling her she had a visitor and taking her to an isolated room in the Yuma County Adult Detention Facility, the woman claims in Federal Court. She also sues the Yuma County Board of Supervisors, the Yuma County Jail District, and Espinoza’s wife.
