Inmate Says Dirty Cops' Crimes|Entitle Him To New Trial

NEW HAVEN (CN) – State prisoner **Solomon Barnes demands a new trial from the State of Connecticut , claiming the detectives who testified against him have pleaded guilty to running a criminal enterprise while they investigated and testified against him. He claims the jury would not have believed New Haven Dets. Jose R.
