Zachary Bryant tipped his pal Ahmad Haris Tajyar to inside information Bryant got from Bryant’s “investor relations firm,” and Haris tipped other pals, bringing $1.4 million profits from illegal inside trading, the SEC claims in Los Angeles Federal Court. Named as defendants are Ahmad Haris Tajyar, Zachary W.R. Bryant, Omar Ahmad Tajyar, Vispi Shroff, and Dionysus Capital. Haris managed Dionysus, a hedge fund, the SEC says. Bryant, of Encino, owned and operated (nonparty) Investor Relations International, of Los Angeles.
