Investors Say They Were Bilked For $285,000

SALT LAKE CITY (CN) – Investors say they were defrauded of $285,000 by **ISP Services LLC, Max Software, Max International, Fred Ninow, Steven K. Scott, and Greg Fullerton , who claimed their online filtering software company would be featured on “Oprah” and on Christian networks, would be endorsed by Chuck Norris and high-ranking members of the Mormon Church, and would produce returns of 60% to 400% within a year on annual sales of $540 million.
