ATTORNEY FEES, PROBATE – The Iowa Court of Appeals found that an executor of a $2.15 million estate was improperly denied executor’s fees and extraordinary attorney fees in a probate proceeding. The attorney’s work involved unraveling a series of actions taken by previous executors that jeopardized the estate’s assets. Reversed in part. See ruling.
