Iowa Appeals Court

PROBATE – J. Sackett finds that a son breached his fiduciary duty as executor of his mother’s estate because he sold real estate to himself before he had been relieved of the limitations on fiduciaries, even though the will anticipated self-dealing. Affirmed in part. See ruling.
