Iraq to pay legal fees

WASHINGTON — A federal court in D.C. rules that Iraq is not immune from a lawsuit brought by a firm it employed for legal services, but allegedly never paid. The evidence indicates that the nation retained the law firm, but never paid it, constituting a breach of contract.
