SAN DIEGO — An Iraqi Christian who fled Mosul for fear of ISIS genocide, and her attorney, sued the Department of Homeland Security for denying them any information about why her request for political asylum was rejected, though the denial letter got her name wrong, and cited only “security concerns,” in Federal Court.
