NEW ORLEANS — L’eglise Properties, whose managing member is John Malkovich, sued Crane Builders of New Orleans, claiming in a federal complaint that he was overbilled for substandard work on a “large, historic structure” on Jackson Avenue, for which he already has paid them $5.3 million.
