MANHATTAN (CN) – A federal judge denied class certification of a shareholders suit against the directors of Centerline Holding Co. U.S. District Judge Shira Scheindlin found that because lead plaintiff John Carfagno “lacks standing to pursue his claims for unjust enrichment directly, his motion for class certification is denied.”
