Jury award keeps rising

CLEVELAND — A firearms supplier was denied its request for a new trial in Ohio federal court on a breach of contract claim brought by a sporting goods company that won a jury award of more than $3.8 million in connection to a contract for gas keys. The court adjusted the award to more than $4 million to account for interest on the judgment.
