LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Kentucky state lawmakers filed a federal class action against state election officials and Governor Andy Beshear on Monday for having limited polling locations open for the upcoming June primary election, claiming that it will expose voters to higher chances of contracting the novel coronavirus.
