EMPLOYMENT – A jail captain was fired after he was investigated for engaging in sexual activities with female inmates. In his wrongful termination lawsuit, the appeals court affirmed a decision for the employer because the former captain admitted to violating standard operating procedures by putting himself in situations where he was alone with a female inmate.
