SANTA ANA, Calif. — Aquinas Kasbar, 19, of Los Angeles, faces up to a year in federal prison and a $100,000 after agreeing Monday to plead guilty to breaking into the Santa Ana Zoo and stealing the country’s oldest living ring-tailed lemur, an endangered species.
