Three passengers sued Boeing for the fiery crash of Continental Flight 1404 from Denver to Houston during the Boeing 737’s takeoff on Dec. 20, 2008, in separate complaints in Denver Federal Court. They also sued Continental Airlines, for failing to request a runway change in windy weather, in Harris County Court, Houston.
