A student died in a fire because the Upsilon Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity house at Nebraska Wesleyan University was substandard and unsafe, Ryan Stewart’s estate claims in Lancaster County Court, Lincoln.           Bradley Nickle sued Tony and Lauren Dungy, claiming he broke a foot falling off a ladder they provided him to paint their house in 2004. Nickle demands more than $15,000 in Hillsborough County Court, Tampa.
