Liberty League Cheated Them, Investors Say

CINCINNATI (CN) – The **Liberty League International and its principals, **Brent Payne and Shane Krider , both of Scottsdale, Ariz., defrauded a couple of $30,000 by claiming they could make $35,000 a month from the defendants customer lists and products, Richard and Colleen Herrick say in a RICO claim in Federal Court. The Herricks say that after they were swindled, they learned the defendants had been “disciplined and fined by the State of Arizona for activities similar to those complained of herein.” See complaint.
