Licensing Eased for Receiving Munitions

WASHINGTON (CN) – The State Department is eliminating licensing requirements for dual nationals and third-country nationals who are employed by end-use importers of munitions.     In place of separate licenses, employers must screen their employees to make sure they have no substantive contacts with countries or individuals prohibited or restricted by the department from receiving the material.     Click the document icon for this regulation and others.
