Limitations kicked in

WILMINGTON N.C. — A federal court in North Carolina dismissed sexual harassment and gender discrimination claims brought against the city of Raleigh by a former city employee who says her male supervisor stared at and touched her breasts and made inappropriate, flirtatious comments to her at work. Even though an HR investigation found her claims to be true, she was fired, and she may not sue because she filed for her right to sue with the EEOC later than the statute of limitations allows.
