LinkedIn ‘penis pics’

DALLAS, Texas — A federal court in Texas issued an injunction to keep a woman from distributing revenge porn of her ex-boyfriend online after she allegedly sent an explicit photo of him to his prospective employer over LinkedIn, costing him the job. He is likely to win on the merits and the court’s injunction “protects both [the ex-boyfriend’s] privacy and dignity and that of unsuspecting users of LinkedIn who would prefer their inboxes free of penis pics.”
