The United States sued Roscelly Sklavounos, of Deerfield Beach, Florida, claiming that even after agreeing to a cease and desist order, she continues to prey upon senior citizens by <a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Lottery-scam.pdf"><strong>telling them they’ve won a lottery</strong></a> and need to wire her money for bogus fees and taxes.
