Mandatory overtime

PHILADELPHIA — A prison in Pennsylvania did not win summary judgment on a correctional officer’s federal lawsuit after she was fired because her medical problems kept her from working more than eight hours at a time. Mandatory overtime is not considered an essential function of the officer’s job.
