Maritime muck-up

PORTLAND, Maine (CN) — The Maine Maritime Museum failed to convince a federal judge that it was entitled to exoneration from liability after its schooner experienced a “knock-down.” The museum had asked to be insulated from liability from claimants who had not yet come forward.
