SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francisco Federal Credit Union accused the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency of negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract and bad faith by encouraging it to finance formerly free transferable taxi medallions at $250,000 apiece to thousands of cabbies beginning in 2010, as ride-hail services were about to disrupt the market, in S.F. Superior Court.
