Med school firing OK’d

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The University of Arkansas prevailed on age bias and sex discrimination claims brought by a cardiac sonographer who was fired after multiple sexual harassment allegations were made against him for making staff and students uncomfortable. In 2020, a female student complained that he asked students to remove their bras and do practice scans on one another, and others said he would touch female students’ chests while discussing echocardiograms.
