A former medical assistant claims Dr. Witold Zajewski performed oral sex and intercourse on her during a medical exam, threatened to withhold her medication and get her thrown out of nursing school and deported if she did not submit to his repeated sexual demands, and fired her when she put an end to it, in Cook County Court.
