She demands $1 million in Alameda County Court, Hayward.           A woman says her hands have been permanently injured by injections of the eczema drug Elidel, injections of which the defendants persuaded her to submit to in a study of its effectiveness. She sued Dr. Nathalie Provost, Novartis Pharma Canada, and Innovardem Recherches , in Montreal Superior Court.
