GREENSBORO, N.C. — A federal court in North Carolina approved a settlement between a health care provider and its customers, who sued because the provider allegedly willfully shared their confidential health information with Facebook. The amount is not disclosed, but class counsel will receive $2.2 million from the settlement fund in attorney fees, plus $18,000 in expenses.
