SAN DIEGO – In 11 Superior Court complaints, people claim they were injured in clinical trials of Coapt Systems products – “injectable dermal fillers … soft-tissue fixation devices and bioabsorbable implants” – for uses not approved by the FDA. Also sued are MicroAire Surgical Instruments and Integreview.
