ATTORNEYS, CIVIL PROCEDURE – The appeals court found reversed dismissal of a plaintiff’s legal malpractice lawsuit after she agreed to tell the truth, but claimed that raising her right hand was against her religion. A witness need not raise his or her right hand when affirming to testify truthfully, the court ruled. See ruling.
