NEWARK, N.J. – An auto-financing company that works with BMW customers will pay more than $2 million to settle claims that it failed to refund lease payments to 492 members of the U.S. armed forces who terminated their car leases prematurely but lawfully under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
