SAN DIEGO — Former Navy Cmdr. Troy Amundson became the 20th official Tuesday to plead guilty to bribery conspiracy charges involving defense contractor Leonard Glenn Francis and his Singapore-based company, Glenn Defense Marine Asia. He faces up to five years in prison at his April 27 sentencing.
